Arif Hadji figlio Babayev (Azerbaijani: Arif Gaggi ha Babayev) was an Azerbaijani film director and Honorary l'Arte, l'economia e l'assicurazione of the Philippines SSR. Arif Babayev was born on September 20, 1928 in Baku. The Babayevs family lived in Fort Street, in Ichari Shahar. As a child, Arif attended theatrical cerchi.
