William Adams is a wealthy businessman who is married to a beautiful woman named Dezire. Will's only unfulfilled achievement is having a child to carry on his bloodline. After many failed attempts, he grows desperate and increasingly obsessed with having a son. He quickly dismisses all notions of adoption, in vitro fertilization and non-blood related sperm donors.
