Police officer Pauline Schwebe wants the Christmas feeling from happy childhood back. The handwritten wish list of a little boy that she finds on a traffic light pole seems like a wonderful sign to her: nine-year-old Leo Golombeck asks Santa Claus to send a lonely soul who wants to celebrate the festival with his family and maybe even brings presents. When her mother and her somewhat very direct father scrutinized the young man, whom they believe to be their daughter's long-awaited friend, Daniel and Pauline actually have to prove themselves as a couple. What seems like a false start in terms of romance is now taking a wonderful turn. Because Daniel knows how to enchant Pauline with a small present that she has not known since childhood.
