Steven Whitmire (nato il 24 settembre 1958) è un attore, burattinaio, che lavora con La Jim Henson Company e Sesame Workshop. Egli è stato l'esecutore di firma due Muppets - Kermit la Rana e di Sesame Street Ernie - dopo la morte del loro creatore, Jim Henson, nel 1990. I caratteri originali di Whitmire includono Rizzo Ratto, Labbra (il trombettista dal Dr. Denti e l'Electric Mayhem), Foo-Foo (Miss Piggy amato cane), Fraggle Rock Wembley Fraggle, di Fagioli e di Bunny.
