Pınar, who works as a specialist at Eskişehir State Hospital, is sent to a place she has never seen before, on a mission she received from the chief physician's office one night. This place that she had never paid attention to before, is a prison. In this large prison, opposition organizations hold important political prisoners, and it has been a month since they started a hunger strike to protest the prison administration and the justice system.
